Services Includes:

• Removal of loose leaves, sticks, and winter debris from lawn areas
• First seasonal mow
• Blow-off of driveway, sidewalks, and patios
• Light garden bed surface clean-up
• Small yard focused 

Service Consideration:

• Excessive debris, pet waste, or unmaintained areas may require upgrade
• Services begins only once ground conditions are dry
• Grass clippings are bagged and left on premises (or hauled away for a fee)  
• Does not include heavy thatch removal or deep bed rocks

Service Includes everything in Green Thumb:

• Power raking (dethatching to remove winter thatch buildup)
• Defined edging of lawn and garden beds
• Deeper garden bed clean-out (leaves, dead growth removed)
• Mulch turning 
• Full debris bagged and left on premises 
• One time fertilizer application 

Service Considerations:

• Lawn must be dry to avoid damage during power raking
• Heavily compacted lawns may benefit from added aeration (optional add-on)
• Mulch installation or new material is quoted separately if required

Includes everything in Full Clean-Up, plus:

• Core aeration to improve soil health
• Starter fertilizer application
• Detailed property-wide cleanup
• Priority scheduling

Service Considerations:

• Services scheduled based on ground conditions and frost thaw
• Additional pruning or restoration may require custom quote
