Services Included:

• Scheduled grass cutting during the growing season (Weather permitting)
• Cutting height adjusted to seasonal conditions to reduce stress and moisture loss
• Trimming around designated areas 
• Blowing of grass clippings from walkways, driveways, and hard surfaces
• Visual inspection of turf conditions each visit

Service Considerations:

• Services begins only once ground conditions are dry
• Weather delays due to rain 
• Bi-Weekly Contract
• Grass clippings are bagged and left of premises 

Services Included:

• Regular grass cutting
• Precision edging 
• Spot treatment for weeds within grassed areas (non-invasive control)
• Removal of light debris caused by wind and seasonal storms
• Consistent clean-up after every service visit

Service Considerations:

• Adjusted cutting frequency during rapid growth cycles
• Turf monitored for drought stress (We will recommend if your lawn needs to skip a cutting) 
• Weather delay to rain
• Grass clippings are bagged and left on premises

• All services from Tiers 1 and 2
• Alternating mowing patterns
• Overseeding of thin, and affected areas
• Spring fertilizer application
• Minor turf levelling where needed
• Detailed edging of landscape beds and property borders
• Priority scheduling during peak growth periods
• End-of-season final cut and preparation for winter dormancy
• Complete Clean-up after each visit 

Service Considerations:

• Enhanced care during high-heat and low-rainfall periods 
• Grass clippings bagged and taken away

Not wanting to fully commit we also offer one time cuts or if you are away and want your property  maintained while you are away feel free to contact us. 

3 Full Application of Par 3 & 3 Fertilizer Applications along with:

• Targeted weed treatments throughout the season
• Spot treatment of high-problem areas (When requested) 
• This is a weed-control program, not a one-time treatment 
• Overseeding of thin or damaged areas to prevent new weeds
